TL;DR: Vista Social starts at $79 per month on Professional, while Advanced at $149 per month is marked as the most popular plan. Paying yearly cuts Professional to $758 per year and Advanced to $1,430 per year. Scale is $349 monthly or $3,638 yearly, although that published annual figure does not match Vista Social’s stated 20% annual discount. Rewardio currently offers 10% recurring cashback for up to 12 months, an effective 10% off eligible tracked payments, and also lists a separate 10% first-year discount.

If you searched for Vista Social pricing, you probably want two things: the real monthly cost and the cheapest sensible way to subscribe. The headline numbers are simple, but the bill can change once you add X profiles, broader listening or Employee Advocacy.

Vista Social launched in 2022 and says more than 30,000 brands and agencies now use the platform. It also reports 3.4 million connected social profiles and 7.4 million posts published each month.

The current Vista Social pricing plans are Professional, Advanced, Scale and Enterprise. The first three have public prices. Enterprise uses custom pricing. Vista Social media management pricing is easier to forecast than many per-seat models because each public tier bundles profiles and users.

Vista Social Pricing

One detail on the live page needs care. Its plan cards and comparison table show 2, 4 and 8 users on Professional, Advanced and Scale. A lower FAQ still mentions older 3-user and 6-user limits. I have used the current plan-card and comparison-table limits above.

Which Vista Social plan gives you the best value?

Professional is the cheapest entry point. At $79 per month, it covers 15 social profiles and two users. You also get the core publishing calendar, engagement tools, reports, review tools, DM automations and 1,000 monthly AI credits.

That makes Professional the sensible starting point for a freelancer, small business or two-person social team. There is little reason to pay for Advanced if 15 profiles cover your workload and you do not need more complex workflows.

Advanced costs $149 per month and Vista Social labels it as its most popular plan. It doubles the profile allowance to 30 and raises the user limit to four. You also get advanced planning workflows, custom reporting, Zapier and Make integrations, MCP access, more capable DM automations and AI training features.

Advanced looks like the best-value tier for a small agency. The price jump makes sense when you need approvals, client workflows or integrations. It is harder to justify if you only want more scheduling capacity.

Scale costs $349 per month and raises the limits to 70 profiles and eight users. It adds white-label options, client profile connection, more DM contacts and expanded AI training tools. Scale also lets you add more profiles and users, although Vista Social does not publish those extra-unit prices on the public pricing page.

The jump from Advanced to Scale is large. Agencies that need white labeling, higher limits or direct client profile connection can justify it. Smaller teams should resist moving up just for unused headroom.

Enterprise has no public list price. It targets organizations that need customizable profile and user limits, premium analytics, brand safety features, dedicated account management, onboarding and custom integrations.

Monthly vs annual Vista Social pricing

Annual billing gives Professional and Advanced the clearest savings.

Professional costs $948 across 12 monthly payments. The annual price is $758, a $190 difference. That works out to about 20% less.

Advanced costs $1,788 across 12 monthly payments. Paying $1,430 for the year saves $358, again about 20%.

Scale needs more scrutiny. Twelve monthly payments at the live $349 price total $4,188. Vista Social lists the annual price as $3,638, which saves $550 or about 13.1%.

That does not match the “save 20%” message shown on the same pricing page. The safest approach is to use the actual published dollar figures and check the checkout total before paying.

Annual billing makes sense when you know Vista Social fits your workflow. Monthly billing costs more over a year, but it gives you more flexibility if you are still testing the platform or your client roster changes often.

The Vista Social pricing catches to watch

The first catch is add-ons. Vista Social includes listening for your own connected profiles, but broader listening across social, web and news starts at $75 per month.

Employee Advocacy is another separate cost. The pricing page says the paid package starts at $199 per month for 25 employees. The plan cards also mention free access for three advocates.

X can significantly increase the real cost. Vista Social now charges $29 per month for each connected X profile. The change took effect on March 1, 2026 and applies to X scheduling and analytics. That means an agency managing several X accounts could end up paying considerably more than the headline Vista Social pricing suggests.

For example, five connected X profiles would add $145 per month to the subscription cost.

Scale also introduces custom costs. Vista Social lets Scale customers buy additional profiles in increments of 10 and add more users, but it does not show those prices publicly.

The next catch is cancellation. Vista Social does not give partial refunds or credits for unused time after you cancel. Monthly subscribers keep access until the end of the billing period. Annual subscribers keep access until the end of the paid year.

Its legal terms also say annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before renewal. That is stricter than the simpler help-centre wording, so use the 30-day deadline to stay safe.

Renewal pricing can also change. Vista Social’s terms say annual subscriptions may rise by up to 7% on renewal unless the company gives at least 60 days’ notice of a larger increase.

Finally, all paid plans use US dollars, and listed fees exclude applicable taxes. Currency conversion and tax can therefore raise the real cost for customers outside the US.

Does Vista Social have a free trial or free plan?

Yes, there is a 14-day Vista Social trial for Professional, Advanced and Scale. New customers do not need a credit card to start it.

There is no permanent free plan on the current pricing page. Enterprise requires a demo instead of the standard self-service trial.

Existing subscribers can also trial a higher tier for 14 days. That version works differently because Vista Social says it will charge a prorated amount after the trial unless you cancel the upgrade in time.

Vista Social does not advertise a money-back guarantee. Its refund policy says it does not issue refunds or credits for unused subscription time.

How to pay less for Vista Social

Start with the lowest tier that covers your real number of profiles and users. Professional is much cheaper than Advanced, so do not upgrade just because you may need extra capacity later.

Use the 14-day trial before committing. Connect the networks you actually manage, test approvals and reporting, and check whether the profile limits fit your setup.

If the product works for you, annual billing lowers the published cost of Professional and Advanced by about 20%. Scale still saves money annually, but the live figures currently work out to about 13.1%.

Avoid add-ons you do not need. X can become expensive at $29 per connected profile each month, while broader listening adds another $75 per month.

If you qualify as a registered nonprofit, Vista Social also offers special pricing on Professional and Advanced. You need to apply and provide qualifying documentation. The nonprofit discount only applies to the base subscription, not add-ons.

Vista Social Cashback on Rewardio

The current Vista Social cashback rate is 10%, recurring for up to 12 months. That is an effective 10% off eligible tracked subscription payments. Rewardio’s merchant page also lists a 10% first-year Vista Social discount.

Start from the Vista Social cashback page on Rewardio before you subscribe. The cashback depends on the purchase tracking correctly through that link.

Is Vista Social worth the money?

Vista Social makes the strongest value case for small agencies and teams that manage many social accounts. Its plan-based pricing can be easier to budget than tools that charge separately for every team member.

Professional gives small teams a broad feature set without forcing them into a high tier. Advanced is the better fit when approvals, custom reports and integrations become part of daily work.

The value weakens when you need several X accounts or paid listening. Those extras can change the comparison quickly.

Verdict

Vista Social pricing is competitive when you will use its broader agency features, especially on Professional and Advanced. Advanced is the most balanced plan for growing teams, while Professional remains the cheapest sensible route for smaller setups.

The catches matter. X costs extra per profile, broader listening costs extra, annual plans do not offer prorated refunds and Scale’s live annual figures do not match the advertised 20% saving.
