| Please read these Terms carefully before using Rewardio. They form a legally binding contract between you and us, and they explain how cashback works, what you can and can’t do on the site, and where you stand if something goes wrong. |
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Rewardio website at rewardio.com (the “Site”), the cashback service we provide through it, and any related features we make available from time to time (together, the “Service”). They form a contract between you and [Rewardio Ltd](“Rewardio”, “we”, “us”, “our”). When we use “you” or “your”, we mean the person using the Service.
By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy, which together explain how we handle your information. We’d recommend reading those too.

1. Who we are and how to reach us
1.1 Rewardio is operated by [Rewardio Ltd], a company registered in [England and Wales]
1.2 The simplest way to reach us about anything in these Terms — questions, complaints, account issues, claims about cashback — is by email at info@rewardio.com. Please use email for any formal notice you need to send us, including any claim or complaint.
1.3 It’s important that the email address we have for you is current and that you can read messages sent to it. We send important notices about your account, your cashback, and changes to these Terms by email, and we’ll assume that any message we send to your registered email address has been received by you.
2. Eligibility and your account
2.1 To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country where Rewardio is available. The Service is currently aimed at users in the United Kingdom and the United States. We may restrict access from certain countries for legal, commercial or compliance reasons (including to comply with sanctions and anti-fraud rules), and we may put your account on hold while we verify where you’re using it from.
2.2 One account per person. You may hold only one Rewardio account. Creating multiple accounts (whether under your own name, a different name, or a family member’s name) to earn extra cashback, claim multiple sign-up bonuses, or otherwise game the Service is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all linked accounts being closed and any cashback in them forfeited.
2.3 The person whose name and email address are used to register the account is the account holder. If anyone else uses your account — even a family member or close friend — the activity counts as yours, and any cashback earned belongs to your account.
2.4 You must give us accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. We may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by providing photo ID or a proof of address) if we have reasonable grounds to do so — including, for example, where we suspect fraud, where the law requires it, or before processing larger payouts. We may suspend or limit your account while verification is in progress.
2.5 Your username must not be offensive, misleading, impersonate another person, or include the trade marks of a third party. If we think a username breaches this rule, we’ll ask you to change it; if you don’t change it within 14 days, we may close your account.
3. How cashback works
3.1 The basics. When you click through from Rewardio to a merchant and complete a purchase, the merchant (or the affiliate network they work with) pays us a commission for the referral. We then pass on a share of that commission to you as cashback. We’re not the seller — your purchase is a contract directly between you and the merchant, on the merchant’s terms.
3.2 How tracking works. To get cashback, your click on Rewardio has to be tracked correctly through to the merchant. This relies on cookies and other technologies set by the affiliate network. If those technologies are blocked, cleared, overwritten, or fail for any reason — or if you take steps that interfere with them — your transaction may not track and you may not earn cashback. We don’t control these tracking systems, and we can’t guarantee that any individual transaction will track.
3.3 The cashback journey. When a transaction tracks, you’ll see it appear in your Rewardio account, usually moving through three states:
- Pending — the network has registered the transaction but the merchant hasn’t yet confirmed it.
- Confirmed — the merchant has confirmed the sale is final (e.g. the return window has closed).
- Payable — we’ve actually received the commission from the network or merchant, and the cashback is now available for you to withdraw.
3.4 Estimated dates are estimates. Where we display an estimated date for a transaction to confirm or become payable, that’s a guide based on what the merchant or network has historically taken. It isn’t a promise. Many transactions take longer than the estimate, and some take significantly longer.
3.5 We can only pay out what we receive. We pay you cashback once we’ve received the corresponding commission from the merchant or network. If we don’t receive commission for a transaction — for any reason, including the merchant going out of business, refusing to validate the sale, or simply failing to pay — we won’t be able to pay you cashback for it, and we won’t be liable for the unpaid amount.
3.6 Your money isn’t held by us like a bank. Cashback shown in your account isn’t money held by us on your behalf in a bank-style sense. Legal title to it only passes to you when you’ve successfully withdrawn it to your chosen payout method. Until then, it’s a balance reflecting commission we’ve received (or expect to receive) and intend to pay you, subject to these Terms.
3.7 Final discretion. The merchant and the affiliate network ultimately decide whether a sale qualifies for commission, and their decision is final as far as we’re concerned. Our decision about whether to credit cashback to your account is, in turn, final as far as you’re concerned — but we’ll always act reasonably and explain our reasoning if you ask.
4. When cashback is and isn’t paid
4.1 Cashback is only paid where all of the following are true:
- You’re signed in to Rewardio at the time you click through to the merchant.
- You click through using the standard cashback link on the merchant’s page on Rewardio (not a sponsored ad, banner, or other route).
- You complete the purchase in a single, uninterrupted session, without visiting other coupon, deal, or cashback sites in between (which can hijack the tracking).
- The merchant or affiliate network records the transaction and confirms it as eligible.
- The merchant pays the commission to us.
- Your account is in good standing (active, not suspended, and not under fraud investigation).
4.2 Cashback is typically calculated on the net value of your order — that is, excluding VAT, sales tax, shipping, gift wrapping, extended warranties, gift card purchases, and any other excluded items the merchant has flagged. Each merchant page sets out the specific rate and any exclusions.
4.3 Cashback may be reduced, withheld, or removed in any of the following circumstances:
- You return, cancel, exchange, or partially refund the order. We’ll adjust your cashback to reflect the final order value.
- The merchant or network reverses, declines, or claws back the commission for any reason.
- The transaction is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise not a genuine consumer purchase.
- You used a voucher, promo code, or coupon not listed on Rewardio (many merchants disqualify cashback in that case).
- You bought on behalf of a business or in a way the merchant treats as a non-consumer transaction.
- You breached these Terms or any merchant’s terms in connection with the transaction.
- The cashback was credited to your account in error.
4.4 We can reverse cashback paid in error. If we credit or pay cashback to you in error — including amounts that turn out to be fraudulent, duplicate, or never funded by the merchant — we may deduct that amount from your account balance, request repayment, or set it off against future cashback. This applies even after the cashback has been marked as Payable or paid out.
4.5 Discretion to refuse payment. To be absolutely clear, and despite anything else in these Terms: payment of cashback to you is ultimately at our discretion, and we may decline to pay cashback where we have reasonable grounds (including, for example, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or commercial reasons relating to a specific merchant). We will exercise this discretion reasonably and won’t use it arbitrarily.
5. Withdrawing your cashback
5.1 Once cashback has reached the Payable state, you can request a withdrawal from your account. We currently support PayPal and may add other payout methods over time.
5.2 No minimum payout threshold currently applies — you can withdraw any payable amount. We reserve the right to introduce a minimum threshold in future, in which case we’ll give you reasonable notice and the chance to withdraw your existing balance.
5.3 Your payout details are your responsibility. You must give us correct payout details and keep them up to date. We’re not responsible for cashback sent to the wrong destination because you provided the wrong details, and we may not be able to recover funds sent in those circumstances. If recovery is possible, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of doing so.
5.4 Cooling-off period after changes. If you change your payout method, payout email address, or other security-sensitive account details, we apply a 72-hour cooling-off period before allowing a withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect you in the event your account is compromised.
5.5 Timing. Withdrawals are typically processed within a few working days, but the time taken can vary depending on the payout method and any security checks we need to run. We aren’t liable for delays caused by your payout provider (e.g. PayPal), by you providing incorrect details, or by checks we reasonably need to perform.
5.6 Limits during reviews. We may pause or limit withdrawals while we investigate suspected fraud, irregular activity, sanctions issues, or breaches of these Terms. We’ll act as quickly as reasonably possible and let you know what’s happening.
5.7 Sanctions. We may withhold a payout where doing so would breach UK, EU, US, or UN trade sanctions or financial restrictions, including where you appear on a sanctions list maintained by HM Treasury, OFAC, the UN Security Council, or an equivalent authority.
6. Claims for missing or incorrect cashback
6.1 If you believe a transaction should have appeared in your account and didn’t, or that the cashback amount is wrong, you can raise a claim through your account or by emailing info@rewardio.com.
6.2 Time limit. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the date of the original transaction. Claims raised after this point are unlikely to be investigable, because affiliate networks typically close their reporting windows and we’ll have no way to verify the underlying purchase.
6.3 What we’ll need. To investigate, we’ll usually need: the merchant name, the date of the transaction, the order total, an order confirmation or proof of purchase, and the email address used at the merchant. The faster you give us this, the faster we can investigate.
6.4 Investigation isn’t a guarantee of payment. We’ll use reasonable effort to follow up your claim with the affiliate network and/or merchant, but we can stop investigating at any point if it becomes clear the claim won’t be resolved. The outcome depends on the merchant and the network — if they decline to pay commission, we won’t be able to pay you cashback.
6.5 If we receive the commission for a successful claim, we’ll credit your account in the usual way.
7. Your account: keeping it safe and active
7.1 Password and security. Pick a strong password that you don’t use anywhere else, and don’t share it with anyone. Treat your account credentials as confidential. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, email us at info@rewardio.com straight away so we can lock it down.
7.2 We can disable credentials. We can disable a password or other security credential at any time if we reasonably think it’s been compromised, or if you’ve breached these Terms.
7.3 You’re responsible for activity on your account. Until you tell us otherwise, we’ll assume that anything done while your account is signed in was done by you. If someone else uses your account because you didn’t keep your credentials safe, the consequences sit with you.
7.4 Dormancy. If you don’t sign in for 24 consecutive months, we may treat your account as dormant. We’ll email you before taking any action. If we don’t hear back, we may close the account, in which case any unwithdrawn balance will be forfeited. The simplest way to keep your account active is to sign in once a year — you don’t need to make a purchase.
7.5 Closing your account. You can close your account at any time, no questions asked. Just email us at info@rewardio.com from your registered email address. Before closing, you should withdraw any payable balance — any unwithdrawn cashback at the point of closure may be forfeited.
8. Things you must not do
This is the part where we set out what you can’t use Rewardio for. Most of it is common sense; all of it is enforceable. Breach of any of the following is a serious matter and may lead to your account being suspended or closed and any cashback being forfeited.
You must not:
- Create more than one account, or use someone else’s account.
- Use the Service to make purchases on behalf of a business, for resale, or for any commercial purpose. Rewardio is for personal use only.
- Make purchases on behalf of other people in a way that goes beyond occasional, unpaid help for close family or friends. Routinely shopping on behalf of others — for money, for a business, or as part of a deal-hunting service — isn’t allowed.
- Provide false, misleading, or stolen information at any stage — including someone else’s name, payment method, or address.
- Tamper with cashback tracking — including by clearing, overwriting, or substituting cookies in ways designed to redirect commission, or by using cashback links in places they aren’t meant to appear (such as paid search ads bidding on Rewardio’s name or a merchant’s name).
- Buy from a merchant in a way that exploits an offer disingenuously — for example, placing repeat orders solely to harvest cashback when you have no genuine intent to keep the goods.
- Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated means to access, copy, or interact with the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, our databases, or any system connected to Rewardio.
- Introduce any virus, worm, trojan, or other malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the integrity or operation of the Service.
- Mount any kind of denial-of-service attack against the Site, or any flooding or overload attack designed to disrupt it.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.
- Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
- Use Rewardio’s name, logos, or trade marks (including in domain names, paid search ads, or social media handles) without our prior written permission.
- Frame the Site within another site, or set up links to it that suggest a relationship, endorsement, or association that doesn’t exist.
- Post or upload anything to the Site that’s defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, threatening, infringes someone else’s rights, or breaks the law.
- Use the Service in any country it isn’t intended for, or in a way that breaches sanctions, export controls, or other applicable laws.
Some of the above also constitute criminal offences (for example, under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 in the UK or equivalent legislation in the US). If we discover any such conduct, we’ll report it to the relevant authorities and cooperate with their investigations, including by disclosing your identity to them.
9. AI, scraping, and automated use
9.1 You must not, and you must not permit anyone else to, conduct, facilitate, or authorise any text-and-data mining, web scraping, or other automated extraction in relation to the Site or any data accessible through it. This applies for any purpose — and particularly for the purpose of developing, training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or validating any AI system or model.
9.2 This includes the use of any robot, bot, spider, scraper, crawler, automated agent, or similar program, technology, or methodology to access, copy, monitor, index, or republish any portion of the Site, or any data, content, or information available through it.
9.3 This clause is an express reservation of our rights — including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of the EU Digital Copyright Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/790) and any equivalent provision under UK or US law — and is not intended to limit any other rights we have. We do not consent to the use of the Site, or any data published on or accessible through it, for any AI training or development purpose.
9.4 This clause applies except to the extent that, as a matter of law, we cannot exclude such use by contract.
10. Voucher codes and special offers
10.1 Where we display voucher codes, discount codes, or promotional offers on the Site, we don’t guarantee that any particular code will work or that any specific offer will still be valid by the time you use it. Codes can be withdrawn or expire without notice.
10.2 Using a voucher code in conjunction with a cashback offer can sometimes invalidate the cashback — that’s a decision the merchant makes, and it varies between merchants. The same risk applies if you use a code obtained somewhere other than Rewardio. We’ll do our best to flag this on individual offer pages, but ultimately the merchant decides whether the cashback qualifies.
10.3 We’re not liable for any loss you suffer as a result of a voucher code not working, an offer being withdrawn, or cashback being denied because you used a code.
11. Refer a friend
11.1 If we run a refer-a-friend programme, you may be able to earn a referral bonus when someone you’ve referred signs up to Rewardio and meets the conditions of the programme as published on the Site at the time of the referral.
11.2 You may only refer people you genuinely know — friends, family, colleagues — and you must do so in a way that’s honest, lawful, and respects their preferences. You must not spam your referral link, post it in places where it would breach a third party’s terms, or use paid advertising to promote it without our prior written permission.
11.3 Referral bonuses can be withheld or reversed where we reasonably believe a referral is fake, fraudulent, self-referred (e.g. multiple accounts created by the same person), or otherwise abusive.
12. Service availability and changes
12.1 We aim to keep the Service available, but we don’t promise it’ll be uninterrupted, error-free, or available everywhere at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or any part of the Service for legal, security, technical, or commercial reasons. Where reasonably possible, we’ll give you notice in advance.
12.2 We may add, remove, or change features of the Service at any time — including the merchants we work with, the cashback rates we display, the categories we cover, and the payout methods we support. Cashback rates can change without notice; the rate that applies to a given transaction is the rate we displayed at the moment you clicked through and the merchant’s network reported it.
12.3 If we make a change that significantly and adversely affects your use of the Service, you’ll be entitled to close your account and withdraw any payable cashback before the change takes effect.
13. Changes to these Terms
13.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when the current version was published, and we’ll keep an archive of past versions if you ever need to refer to one.
13.2 For minor changes (clarifications, fixes, formatting), we’ll just publish the new version. For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we’ll give you reasonable advance notice — usually by email — of at least 30 days before the new version takes effect, unless we have to make the change sooner for legal or security reasons.
13.3 If you keep using the Service after a change has taken effect, you’ve accepted the new version. If you don’t agree, you can close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw any payable cashback.
14. Suspension and termination
14.1 By you. You can close your account at any time by emailing us at info@rewardio.com from your registered email address.
14.2 By us. We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, where:
- you’ve materially breached these Terms;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, abuse, or other unlawful activity on or via your account;
- you fail to provide identity or other verification information we’ve reasonably requested;
- we’re required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or sanctions;
- your account has been dormant for the period set out in section 7.4;
- the Service is being withdrawn for that region or in general; or
- we have other reasonable commercial or operational grounds to do so.
14.3 Where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll explain the reason for suspension or closure and give you a chance to respond. Where we close an account because of fraud, abuse, or material breach, any cashback in the account at the time of closure (whether pending, confirmed, or payable) may be forfeited and we may also seek to recover any cashback already paid out in connection with the breach.
14.4 Closing your account doesn’t end any obligations either of us already had at the point of closure, and any clauses in these Terms that are intended to survive termination — including those covering liability, intellectual property, and governing law — will continue to apply.
15. Information on the Site
15.1 Information on Rewardio is for general guidance only. It isn’t financial, legal, or any other kind of professional advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it as a substitute for proper advice when you need it.
15.2 We make reasonable efforts to keep cashback rates, merchant pages, deals, and other information accurate and up to date. But information on the Site can change quickly — particularly cashback rates, voucher codes, and merchant terms — and we don’t guarantee that any specific piece of information is accurate, complete, or current at any given moment.
16. Intellectual property
16.1 All intellectual property rights in Rewardio — including the Site, its design, its software, its content, the Rewardio name, our logo, and any other branding — belong to us or our licensors. They’re protected by copyright, trade mark, and other laws around the world.
16.2 We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Site and the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with these Terms. We don’t grant you any other rights — and in particular, you don’t get to copy, reproduce, distribute, exploit, or create derivative works based on the Site, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or by applicable law.
16.3 Trade marks, logos, and product names of merchants featured on the Site belong to those merchants. Their appearance on Rewardio doesn’t imply any endorsement, partnership, or relationship beyond the affiliate arrangements that allow us to feature them.
17. Content you submit
17.1 If you submit content to the Site — for example, a review, a comment, a support message, or feedback — you keep ownership of that content. But by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, store, copy, adapt, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service and our business.
17.2 You confirm that any content you submit is yours to submit, doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights, isn’t unlawful, and complies with section 8 above. We can remove content for any reason, including if we think it breaches these Terms.
17.3 If a third party makes a claim against us in connection with content you’ve submitted (for example, alleging defamation or infringement), we may disclose your identity to them and cooperate with any investigation.
18. Third-party sites and merchants
18.1 Rewardio links to merchants’ websites and other third-party services. We’re not the seller of any product or service you buy from a merchant, and we’re not the agent of any merchant. Any contract you enter into is directly between you and the merchant, on the merchant’s terms.
18.2 We don’t control merchant websites, merchant policies, or the goods and services they sell, and we’re not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or availability of any of those things. If something goes wrong with a purchase — wrong item, faulty goods, late delivery, refund disputes — your recourse is with the merchant, not Rewardio.
18.3 Linking to a merchant from Rewardio isn’t an endorsement of that merchant, and we make no representations about them.
19. Our liability
This section sets out the limits of our legal responsibility to you. Some of the language is necessarily formal, but the headline is: we’ll do what we say we’ll do, take reasonable care, and we’re responsible for losses we directly cause — but we aren’t a guarantor of merchants, networks, or the wider internet, and there are limits on the kinds of losses we can be on the hook for.
19.1 Things we don’t limit. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by us; (c) any liability that can’t be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law; or (d) any other liability that, by law, can’t be excluded or limited.
19.2 Personal use only. Rewardio is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.
19.3 Things outside our control. We aren’t responsible for losses or damages arising from:
- transactions between you and any merchant, including faulty goods, refund disputes, late delivery, or any other issue with the merchant’s performance;
- any decision by a merchant or affiliate network not to pay or to claw back commission;
- voucher codes, promo codes, or special offers featured on the Site;
- the content or operation of any third-party website linked from Rewardio;
- your inability to access the Site, or any data transmission issue, where the cause is beyond our reasonable control (including events covered by section 21);
- your reliance on information on the Site that turns out to be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date;
- issues caused by viruses, malware, or other technical problems originating outside our infrastructure.
19.4 Consequential losses. We won’t be liable for any loss or damage that wasn’t reasonably foreseeable to both of us when you started using the Service, or that arises indirectly from your use of the Service.
19.5 Cap on liability. Subject to section 19.1, our total liability to you in connection with the Service — across all claims, however arising, in any rolling 12-month period — won’t exceed the greater of: (a) the total cashback we paid out to you in the 12 months immediately before the date of the claim; or (b) £100 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
19.6 No warranties beyond those given. Except as expressly set out in these Terms, all warranties, conditions, and other terms — whether express, implied by statute, custom, or otherwise — are excluded to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
20. Your liability to us
20.1 If you breach these Terms — particularly section 8 (things you must not do) or section 9 (AI and scraping) — and that breach causes us loss, cost, or damage (including legal fees, regulatory fines, or third-party claims), you agree to be responsible to us for those losses.
20.2 This includes any cost we incur in recovering cashback paid to you in error or as a result of fraud or breach, and any reasonable cost of investigating and responding to your conduct.
21. Force majeure
Neither of us will be liable to the other for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where the failure or delay is caused by something outside our reasonable control. That includes (without limitation): natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, earthquakes, pandemics or epidemics, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, internet or telecommunications failures, power failures, third-party hosting outages, and cyber-attacks affecting us or our suppliers.
22. Other legal bits
22.1 No waiver. If we don’t immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that doesn’t mean we’ve given it up. We can enforce it later.
22.2 Severance. If a court decides any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply. The unenforceable part will be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the original intent.
22.3 Assignment. You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our prior written consent. We can transfer ours — including in connection with a sale, merger, restructuring, or financing of our business — provided we don’t reduce your rights as a result.
22.4 No third-party rights. These Terms are between you and us. No one else can enforce them, and we don’t need anyone else’s consent to vary or end them. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 doesn’t apply.
22.5 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. They replace anything either of us said or wrote before.
22.6 Notices. Any formal notice you need to send us must be sent by email to info@rewardio.com. Notices we send you will go to the email address registered on your account.
23. Governing law and where disputes go
23.1 These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
23.2 If you’re a consumer: you and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. This means we can bring proceedings against you, and you can bring proceedings against us, in those courts. If you live in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland; if you live in Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland; and nothing in these Terms takes away any non-waivable right you have under the law of the country you live in.
23.3 If you’re using the Service for business purposes (which we don’t permit, but in case you do): the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
23.4 Try to resolve it with us first. If you have a complaint or concern, we’d much rather hear about it and try to fix it before it ends up in court. Email us at info@rewardio.com and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.
24. Notice for US users
24.1 If you’re using Rewardio from the United States, the following applies in addition to the rest of these Terms.
24.2 Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms takes away any non-waivable right you have under the consumer protection law of your state or under US federal law. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-waivable consumer right, that consumer right prevails to the extent of the conflict.
24.3 Export and sanctions. You confirm that: (a) you aren’t located in a country that’s the subject of a US Government embargo or that’s been designated by the US Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (b) you aren’t on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties (including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list and the Department of Commerce Denied Persons List).
24.4 Tax. Cashback you receive may be taxable income depending on your circumstances. We don’t withhold tax from cashback payments, and you’re responsible for any tax due on what you receive. We may issue tax forms (such as IRS Form 1099) where required by law.
This is version 1.0 of the Rewardio Terms & Conditions.
