About Waalaxy

Waalaxy is one of the easier LinkedIn automation tools to understand, and that's largely the point.

You don't need to design an elaborate workflow before sending anything. Import prospects from a LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite or a CSV, choose one of more than 99 existing sequences, write the messages and let Waalaxy handle the timing and follow-ups. It can also build lists around intent signals such as people who interacted with a post, joined a group or attended an event.

That makes it particularly accessible if LinkedIn prospecting isn't already somebody's full-time job.

The plan structure reflects that. Pro gives you 300 invitations a month and the core LinkedIn workflow. Advanced increases the invitation allowance to 800 and adds API access, Make, Zapier and n8n modules, plus higher-level support. Business keeps the 800-invitation allowance and adds cold email sequences, LinkedIn-plus-email campaigns and 500 Email Finder credits each month.

The Email Finder is useful rather than incidental. Waalaxy says its waterfall enrichment searches more than 20 data sources and currently finds a professional email for at least 61% of prospects, with verification intended to keep bounce rates below 1%. If you're on Business, those addresses can feed directly into the same outreach sequence.

Team features are good too. Shared prospecting, campaign analytics and duplicate protection help prevent the classic small-sales-team problem where two people unknowingly contact the same lead.

One important change from older Waalaxy reviews is how campaigns run. Paid accounts now use Waalaxy Cloud, so outreach can continue when Chrome is closed and your computer is switched off. The free plan still requires the computer to be on with LinkedIn open.

Pricing is €19 for Pro, €49 for Advanced and €69 for Business on monthly billing, with 50% off when paying annually. There is also a genuinely usable free tier with around 80 connection requests a month and 25 Email Finder credits.

Buy through Rewardio and 10% recurring cashback comes back as real money for as long as you remain subscribed.

What we like

  • Waalaxy is genuinely easy to start using. The templates and direct LinkedIn imports remove much of the setup that makes outbound software intimidating to first-time users.
  • Paid campaigns now run in Waalaxy Cloud, so the old criticism that everything stops when Chrome closes no longer applies to paying customers.
  • The annual pricing is very competitive, particularly Business at an effective €34.50 per user per month with LinkedIn and cold email in the same workflow.
  • Email enrichment is integrated properly into prospecting rather than bolted on as a separate database, with Waalaxy reporting a 61%+ match rate across its waterfall process.

Where it falls short

  • LinkedIn itself prohibits unauthorised third-party automation, so Waalaxy's quotas and human-like delays reduce operational risk rather than eliminating account-policy risk.
  • Cold email sequences require Business, so the cheaper tiers aren't substitutes if multichannel outreach is the reason you're buying.
  • The dedicated LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on, which is harder to love in a product already centred on LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Per-user pricing is fine for a small team but becomes less attractive for agencies running many sender accounts, where multi-account platforms can have better economics.
Our Verdict

Waalaxy's best feature is probably that it doesn't make LinkedIn prospecting feel more complicated than it needs to be. That sounds like faint praise until you've used outbound software designed around somebody who already knows what every branch, condition, webhook and enrichment step means. A founder can install Waalaxy, import a sensible prospect list, choose a sequence and have a campaign running without spending the afternoon reading documentation. There's enough underneath that simple start to keep using it as the process matures. Advanced opens up the API and external automation tools. Business adds the email channel and a much larger enrichment allowance. Paid accounts now run through Waalaxy Cloud, fixing one of the more important weaknesses you'll still see repeated in older reviews. The main decision is really about scale. For one person or a small team primarily prospecting through LinkedIn, Waalaxy is an easy recommendation to test. If you're an agency coordinating many LinkedIn senders, HeyReach is shaped more naturally around that problem. If you're running a serious cold-email operation with LinkedIn around the edges, lemlist or another email-first platform may be a better centre of gravity. And no review of LinkedIn automation should pretend the policy risk isn't there. Waalaxy has systems designed to keep activity within sensible quotas, but LinkedIn expressly prohibits unauthorised automation. Use the software accordingly. The free plan is good enough to find out whether you like the workflow before paying. If you do upgrade, the 50% annual discount is unusually strong, and Rewardio's 10% recurring lifetime cashback lowers the effective cost again for as long as you keep the subscription.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answering the questions we actually get about Waalaxy.

6. FAQs How does Waalaxy cashback work, and is it better than a Waalaxy promo code?
There isn't a permanent public Waalaxy promo code that everybody needs to hunt down before subscribing. Waalaxy's main standard discount is its billing term. Quarterly subscriptions currently receive 20% off, while annual billing cuts the listed monthly rate by 50%. Rewardio cashback works on top of what you actually pay. Start your subscription through Rewardio and you'll receive 10% of eligible Waalaxy payments back as real money for as long as you remain subscribed. Our offer also includes an extended one-month free trial rather than the normal 14 days. For somebody keeping Waalaxy long term, recurring cashback is considerably more valuable than a one-off coupon.
How much does Waalaxy cost in 2026?
The current paid plans are: Pro: €19 per user/month 300 invitations a month, unlimited campaigns, ready-made sequences, automated follow-ups, CRM sync and collaboration features. Advanced: €49 per user/month 800 invitations a month, plus API access, Make, Zapier and n8n modules and live-chat support. Business: €69 per user/month 800 invitations a month, plus cold email sequences, multichannel LinkedIn and email campaigns and 500 Email Finder credits. Waalaxy currently advertises 20% off quarterly billing and 50% off yearly billing. There is also a free tier with roughly 80 invitations a month and 25 Email Finder credits.
Is the Waalaxy free plan actually useful?
Yes, provided you treat it as a small prospecting plan rather than a free version of Business. You can send around 80 connection requests a month, import prospects, run basic sequences and use 25 Email Finder credits. There's no card required simply to use the free product. That's enough to test Waalaxy with real leads instead of running through a fake demo. The main restriction beyond volume is cloud execution. Free users need their computer running and a LinkedIn tab open for actions to be sent. Paid campaigns can continue through Waalaxy Cloud when the computer is off. If 80 invitations a month are enough for your prospecting, there's no immediate reason to upgrade.
Does Waalaxy keep running when my computer is off?
On paid plans, yes. This is important because older Waalaxy reviews often describe it as a browser-extension tool that stops as soon as the laptop closes. That is no longer accurate. Waalaxy's current documentation says paid plans use its cloud infrastructure, allowing campaigns to continue when the computer is switched off. Free accounts don't get that functionality and still require an active LinkedIn session in the browser. That puts the paid product much closer to cloud-based competitors than older comparisons suggest.
Is Waalaxy safe for my LinkedIn account?
There are two separate questions here. Waalaxy tries to reduce detection and spam risk by varying action timing, imposing quotas and pausing invitations when limits are reached. Its current documentation puts the LinkedIn invitation ceiling at roughly 200 per week for higher-volume plans. But that doesn't mean LinkedIn approves the software. LinkedIn explicitly says it doesn't permit unauthorised third-party software or browser extensions that automate activity such as sending messages or adding contacts, and its User Agreement prohibits unauthorised automated methods. Accounts can be restricted for automated activity. So the sensible answer is no LinkedIn automation tool is risk-free. Keep volumes reasonable, target properly and don't treat automation as permission to spam people.
How does the Waalaxy Email Finder work?
Waalaxy takes a LinkedIn prospect and searches for a corresponding professional email using a waterfall enrichment process. It says the system currently checks more than 20 data sources, produces a professional email for at least 61% of prospects and triple-verifies results, with a reported bounce rate below 1%. A credit is only consumed when an email is actually found. Business includes 500 Email Finder credits each month. Smaller plans receive a limited allowance for testing, and extra credits can be purchased if required.
Does Waalaxy do cold email as well as LinkedIn?
Yes, but the proper multichannel workflow is on Business. Business combines LinkedIn and email in the same campaign and includes 500 Email Finder credits each month. That means you can build a sequence where somebody receives a LinkedIn connection request or message, waits for a response, then moves into email if appropriate. Pro and Advanced still have access to limited email enrichment, but Business is the plan designed around actual cold email sequences. If multichannel outreach is why you're buying Waalaxy, compare the Business price rather than starting from Pro.
Waalaxy vs Dripify, HeyReach and lemlist, which should I pick?
Waalaxy is probably the easiest of the group to start with. It gives beginners templates, straightforward LinkedIn imports, a usable free tier and a fairly gentle route from simple LinkedIn automation into multichannel outreach. Dripify is another LinkedIn-first option and is worth comparing if you prefer its campaign workflow and reporting. HeyReach becomes more interesting when you're operating many LinkedIn sender accounts for clients or a larger outbound operation. lemlist makes more sense when cold email is the main channel and LinkedIn is one part of a broader outbound sequence. Waalaxy is strongest for a founder, consultant, recruiter or small sales team that primarily thinks, "I need to prospect on LinkedIn", rather than "I need infrastructure for a large outbound machine."
What are the real downsides of Waalaxy?
The first is platform risk. LinkedIn doesn't permit unauthorised automation, irrespective of the safety systems Waalaxy puts around it. The second is plan gating. If you want true LinkedIn-plus-email outreach, you're looking at Business rather than the cheaper tiers. The dedicated LinkedIn Inbox is also an add-on rather than being included with every plan. Waalaxy can become more expensive once several team members need their own licences, since the paid plans are priced per user. And while its public ratings are good, critical reviews do mention occasional bugs, billing frustrations and workflows not behaving exactly as expected. Capterra currently rates it 4.4 overall, with customer service at 4.5.
Who is Waalaxy best for?
Founders doing their own outbound, consultants, freelancers, recruiters and small sales teams are the obvious fit. It's particularly good for somebody who wants to start LinkedIn prospecting without first learning a complex outreach platform. The ready-made sequences reduce setup work, while Advanced and Business leave enough room to grow into API workflows, email and larger campaigns. It becomes less compelling for agencies operating a large number of LinkedIn accounts, where tools built around multi-sender management can be easier to scale. Likewise, if email is responsible for most of your pipeline and LinkedIn is just one supporting touch, an email-first platform may be a better foundation.
When does my Rewardio cashback appear, and when can I withdraw it?
Waalaxy cashback should normally appear in your Rewardio account within around 24 hours of an eligible purchase. It becomes available to withdraw after Waalaxy confirms the payment and the standard cashback hold has passed, usually around 30 to 60 days. Cashback is paid as real money and continues on eligible subscription payments for as long as your Waalaxy subscription remains active.
