What we like

Ease of use is the whole pitch and it delivers, with beginners shipping revenue-driving flows like abandoned-cart recovery within their first session thanks to prebuilt templates and tight Shopify and WooCommerce integration.
Support is genuinely excellent, offering 24/7 live chat and email on every plan including the free one, with response times in minutes and a well-regarded AI help widget for quick questions.
It's strong value for ecommerce, bundling email, SMS and push in one place at noticeably less than Klaviyo, with a free plan that includes the full automation toolkit rather than a crippled demo.

Where it falls short

Reporting and design flexibility have ceilings, with analytics less customisable than Klaviyo's and an email editor that some find restrictive, forcing you to start from a template and limiting fine control over blocks.
Costs climb with your contact list, and SMS complicates the maths, billed on top of your plan and, since May 2026, available to new subscribers only on the Pro tier.

Our Verdict

It won't out-muscle Klaviyo on reporting depth or segmentation for a data-heavy enterprise brand, and the editor and SMS gating carry real limits, but for the vast majority of Shopify and WooCommerce merchants that trade lands the right way: most of the power, a fraction of the price, and support that actually answers.
