About Cloud Campaign

Cloud Campaign makes the most sense once you're managing social media for other people.

A normal social scheduler is usually designed around one company and a handful of employees. Agency work is different. You have account managers, freelancers, designers and clients coming in and out of the same workflow, and each client needs their own accounts, calendar, assets, approvals and reporting.

Cloud Campaign is structured around that problem.

Each brand gets its own workspace, while users are unlimited across every plan. You can invite the whole internal team and bring clients into the approval process without watching the software bill rise every time another person needs access. Pricing moves mainly with the number of brand workspaces instead.

Approvals are particularly well handled. Build the calendar, send the client a secure link and they can review posts, leave comments, request changes or approve content without creating another account. Multi-stage approvals are supported too, so an internal reviewer can sign something off before the client ever sees it.

Then there's the white-label side.

Team includes standard white labelling for client-facing areas. Agency goes further with advanced white labelling, including a custom domain and agency-branded email, alongside features such as paid social reporting, SSO and client migration. That distinction is worth knowing because the $199 Team plan doesn't give you quite the same branding depth as the $299 Agency tier.

Day to day, Cloud Campaign covers scheduling, evergreen content, bulk publishing, social conversations, reporting and integrations with tools such as Canva, Google Drive and Zapier. CaptionAI, ImageAI and AI-assisted inbox replies are built into the platform rather than sold as a separate AI subscription.

CloudStudio is separate. Starting at $99 per workspace per month, it adds a more hands-off content service where strategy, posts and scheduling are produced for you, with human review before delivery. That's closer to outsourced fulfilment than another button inside the scheduler.

What we like

  • Unlimited users are exactly the right pricing decision for an agency product. Hiring an account manager, designer or contractor doesn't immediately create another software charge.
  • The client approval workflow is simple enough that clients may actually use it, including approval links that don't require them to create another login.
  • White labelling is treated as part of the client experience rather than a logo stuck on a PDF, with deeper custom-domain branding available on Agency.
  • The public review record is unusually strong and large enough to take seriously, with 4.9 ratings on both G2 and Capterra.

Where it falls short

  • The economics are awkward for a freelancer with several clients but not quite enough revenue to feel comfortable at $199 a month.
  • Some genuinely useful agency features are reserved for the $299 Agency plan, including advanced white labelling, SSO, API workflows and paid social reporting.
  • Recent reviews still mention occasional failed posts, asset issues and integrations needing to be reconnected.
  • Agencies that depend heavily on working from native mobile apps may prefer a competitor with a stronger dedicated mobile experience.
Our Verdict

Cloud Campaign gets one important thing right that plenty of social media software misses: an agency isn't simply a company with more social accounts. The client is part of the workflow. They need to see the calendar, approve content and understand the report. Your account managers need access. A designer might need access. A freelancer might be there for three months. None of that should turn into an exercise in buying and removing software seats. Cloud Campaign is structured around those realities. The unlimited-user model is a genuine advantage. So is the approval system. White labelling gives established agencies another reason to choose it, although I'd be clear about the distinction between Team's standard branding and Agency's deeper custom-domain setup. The pricing is less convincing at the very small end. One client at $49 is fine. Two or three clients become less obvious. By the time you're paying for four Freelancer workspaces, you're effectively at the $199 Team price anyway. Once you've reached five or more active clients, the calculation changes. Team works out at roughly $40 per included workspace on monthly billing before you even put a value on unlimited staff and client access. Against per-seat platforms such as Sprout Social, that can be a very large difference. I'd use the 14-day trial with a real client rather than a dummy account. Build a month's calendar, send an approval link, create the report and let an actual account manager work inside it. That's the workflow you're buying. If it removes the usual spreadsheets, email chains and approval chasing, Cloud Campaign is easy to justify for a growing agency. Rewardio's 10% recurring cashback brings the first-year cost down further, with around $359 back if you stay on the $299 monthly Agency plan for 12 months, or roughly $299 back when using its discounted annual billing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answering the questions we actually get about Cloud Campaign.

How does Cloud Campaign cashback work, and is it better than a Cloud Campaign promo code?
We couldn't verify a permanent public Cloud Campaign promo code on the current pricing pages. The standard saving comes from annual billing, which currently reduces Freelancer from $49 to $41 a month, Team from $199 to $165 and Agency from $299 to $249 when billed annually. Rewardio adds another saving. Start your Cloud Campaign subscription through Rewardio and you'll receive 10% of eligible subscription payments back as real money during your first 12 months. Because cashback is calculated from the amount you actually pay, you can still earn it on the lower annual price.
How much does Cloud Campaign cost in 2026?
There are three main plans. Freelancer costs $49 monthly or $41 a month billed annually. It includes one brand workspace, unlimited users, up to seven social accounts for that client and the built-in AI tools. Team costs $199 monthly or $165 annually. It starts with five workspaces, includes unlimited social accounts, standard white labelling, phone support and agency training. Agency costs $299 monthly or $249 annually. It includes the Team features plus advanced white labelling, paid social reporting, client migration, SSO and API workflows. Additional workspaces currently cost $49 on Freelancer, $29 on Team and $35 on Agency when paying monthly, with lower rates on annual billing. There's also a 14-day free trial.
Are Cloud Campaign users really unlimited?
Yes. Cloud Campaign currently includes unlimited users on Freelancer, Team and Agency. That includes the people inside your agency, so hiring another account manager or giving a contractor access doesn't automatically create another per-seat software charge. What you pay for instead is primarily workspace capacity. Each client, brand or location can have its own workspace containing its social accounts, content and reporting. For an agency, that's a useful pricing model because costs rise mainly when you add another revenue-generating client rather than another employee.
What does Cloud Campaign white labelling include?
It depends on the plan. Team includes standard white labelling, covering the main client-facing experience and branding. Agency includes the advanced version. That adds the deeper agency layer, including your own custom domain and agency-branded email notifications. If having clients believe they're logging into your own platform is a major part of the proposition, look closely at Agency rather than assuming Team includes every white-label option.
How does the Cloud Campaign client approval process work?
You prepare the content and send the client a secure approval link. They don't need to create a Cloud Campaign account simply to review it. From the link, they can see the proposed content, leave feedback and approve or reject work. Agencies can also run an internal approval stage first, so a junior team member's draft can be checked internally before it reaches the client. It's a small feature on paper but an important one in practice. Approval delays are one of the easiest ways for an otherwise organised social calendar to fall apart.
Which social networks does Cloud Campaign support?
Cloud Campaign currently documents publishing support across major networks including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Threads and Google Business Profile. The exact publishing features available vary by network because every platform exposes different capabilities through its API. If one specific format is essential to your agency, particularly newer Instagram or TikTok formats, test that workflow during the free trial rather than assuming every native feature is available through a third-party scheduler.
Can Cloud Campaign schedule Instagram Stories?
Yes. Cloud Campaign supports direct scheduling and publishing of Instagram Stories for supported professional accounts, alongside feed posts and Reels. They can be included in the same content calendar and approval process. Third-party schedulers still don't necessarily reproduce every creative feature available inside the Instagram app itself, so agencies heavily dependent on stickers, music or other native Story interactions should test their exact workflow.
Does Cloud Campaign have a mobile app?
Cloud Campaign's main product is browser-based, and its current product material focuses on access through the web rather than advertising dedicated iOS and Android apps. The client approval flow is designed to work in a mobile browser, so a client can still review content from their phone without installing anything. If a native mobile application is central to how your team publishes and responds on the move, this is an area to test carefully during the trial.
What is CloudStudio?
CloudStudio is an optional content fulfilment service that sits on top of Cloud Campaign. It starts at $99 per workspace per month and includes a monthly strategy brief, content calendar, at least three posts a week, AI-assisted content reviewed by Cloud Campaign's team and automatic scheduling inside the platform. So it isn't simply another AI generator bundled into the normal subscription. It's closer to adding an outsourced production layer to a client workspace. That could be useful for an agency trying to add clients without hiring another content creator, but the economics need to be judged per client.
Cloud Campaign vs Sprout Social, Hootsuite and SocialPilot, which should I pick?
They overlap, but they're built around slightly different buyers. Sprout Social has deeper enterprise social management, listening and analytics, but its main plans are priced per seat. Standard is currently $199 per user per month on annual billing, with Professional at $299. That becomes expensive quickly for agencies with several account managers and contractors. Hootsuite is a broad general-purpose social platform with strong monitoring, publishing and analytics. Current paid plans start around $99 and move upward depending on the feature set and user requirements. SocialPilot is the strongest lower-cost agency comparison. Premium is currently $85 a month billed annually and includes client approvals and white-label reports for six users. Ultimate is $170 with unlimited users and advanced white labelling. Cloud Campaign's strongest case is specifically for agencies that value unlimited users, client workspaces, approvals and a branded client experience.
What are the real downsides of Cloud Campaign?
Pricing is the first. Freelancer is inexpensive with one client, but additional workspaces cost $49 each, so the bill approaches Team quickly. Team solves that problem with five included workspaces and cheaper additions, but $199 is still a meaningful monthly commitment for a small freelancer. The second is that not every higher-end feature is available on every plan. Custom-domain white labelling, SSO, paid social reporting and API workflows sit on Agency. There are also occasional reports of failed posts, image issues and account-connection problems in otherwise very positive G2 and Capterra feedback. And if a native mobile app is important to your team, Cloud Campaign remains more browser-centred than some competitors.
Who is Cloud Campaign best for?
It works particularly well once you have several active clients and several people touching the work, because that's when unlimited users, separate workspaces and structured approvals start saving both money and time. It's also sensible for franchise and multi-location operations where separate brands or locations need their own calendars and reporting while a central team retains oversight. A freelancer with one client can still use the $49 plan. A freelancer with three or four clients should compare the numbers carefully, because SocialPilot or another lower-cost platform may make more sense until there's enough revenue to comfortably move onto Cloud Campaign Team. For a single company managing only its own social accounts, there are usually simpler options.
When does my Rewardio cashback appear, and when can I withdraw it?
Cloud Campaign cashback should normally appear in your Rewardio account within around 24 hours of an eligible purchase. It becomes available to withdraw after Cloud Campaign confirms the payment and the standard cashback hold has passed, usually around 30 to 60 days. Cashback is paid as real money on eligible subscription payments during your first 12 months.
